Here’s the big reveal. In this follow up video I’m going to show you what’s wrong with this property.
If you didn’t see the first property you can watch it here
Would You Refurb This Property? There’s Something Very Strange Going On!
I think it’s going to surprise you. I’ll be honest, it’s not something I would ever have worked out for myself.
So how did I find out?
Simple, I asked the estate agent.
I know that to many of us that’s an obvious thing to do, but not for everyone.
Some of (wrongly in my opinion) think they’ll blow their credibility by showing that kind of vulnerability to an estate similar, when we want them to take us seriously.
I don’t care if they take me seriously or not!
And asking questions is a good way of finding things out.
None of us ever know it all.
I thought that perhaps the property had been under offer before and maybe someone has had a survey, and so the estate agent would know the cause of the crack.
In reality, it was probably more simple than that. The vendor told the estate agent who told me!
And now I know.
I always say, if you don’t ask, you don’t get.
So always ask.
The worst that can happen is they say no. (btw before I get 100s of emails I always say no : ) )
Anyway, no spoilers, you need to watch the video to find the cause of that large and very strange crack.
It’s only about 6 mins, so please watch and enjoy.
