There’s so much we can learn just by looking around us.
I’m often asked, “Peter, how do I know what to look for when I’m looking at a property?”.
The answer is, it really comes from experience, and part of that (and building our knowledge) is by practicing.
By practicing looking at properties.
When you view properties for sale with an estate agent.
And when you are just out and about.
You don’t even have to go into a property to practice.
In this video, I’m going to show you what I saw when I was just walking around my local town.
Someone has done a complete bodge job on re-pointing an old property in a conservation area.
Someone is going to be in big trouble and I expect the Conservation Officer at the local authority will be doing their nut.
Anyway, it’s not a long video but I hope you find it interesting.
Here’s to Successful Property Investing.
