A property renovation I wasn’t expecting to take on. One of my buy to let flats exploded – a problem with the gas – not my fault, i’m glad to say, all my certificates were in order and the authorities did a thorough inspection.
Rendered my two flats in this small terraced property a redevelopment, not just a renovation.
Although not a sitaution where I’ve bought to do-up and then sell-on, it ‘s still an interesting case study in putting a property back together again
